Terry’s passion for automobiles extends into the realm of car culture. From car meets to exhilarating drives and the art of modifying vehicles, Terry finds joy in every aspect of automobiles.
Having dedicated countless hours to training and staying abreast of the latest advancements in vehicle technology, Terry stands at the forefront of his field, equipped with knowledge and expertise that set him apart.

Outside of work, Terry embraces the role of a proud dog dad. Through dedication, passion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Terry Jackson embodies the spirit of craftsmanship and camaraderie in the shop.

Since 1997, Eric has honed his skills across various roles, demonstrating versatility and proficiency at every turn. His certifications include ASE A1-A8, Ford, and Chrysler factory certifications, solidifying his comprehensive understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Notably, Eric specializes in driveability and electronic diagnostics, possessing a remarkable ability to tackle complex issues with precision and efficiency.

Throughout his career, Eric has held diverse positions, ranging from technician to service advisor, shop foreman, and shop manager. However, his true passion lies in diagnostic work. 

Outside of work, Eric enjoys staying active in automotive communities, sharing his knowledge and expertise with fellow enthusiasts.

SCOT MARSHALL

PARTS DIRECTOR

Scot is a dedicated professional with a diverse background spanning from his early years in the workforce to his current role in the automotive industry. Born in 1971, Scot embarked on his journey into the workforce at a young age, starting as a bagger and produce stocker at FoodLion when he was just 15 years old.

In 1989, Scot made the decision to serve his country, by joining the Navy. However, due to an injury sustained in 1992, he was honorably discharged from the service. Undeterred, Scot transitioned back to civilian life and began a career as a mechanic, where he honed his skills and gradually progressed through various roles, eventually becoming a manager and technician at different facilities.

In 2013, Scot pivoted his career path and ventured into the realm of commercial parts, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to excel in this new role. He then transitioned to L&N Performance Auto Repair, where he served as a parts professional, leveraging his expertise to procure the highest quality components for client vehicles.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Scot is deeply passionate about rodeo and all things equestrian in nature. Alongside his career, Scot finds fulfillment in his role as a parent, with one son named Caleb and three stepchildren – Caleb, Kaitlyn, and Noah. Scot’s journey took a significant turn in 2012 when he met the love of his life, Shelly, at a motorcycle event. Their bond has been strengthened through life’s challenges, particularly through Shelly’s recent battle with cancer. Scot’s unwavering support and commitment to Shelly exemplify his compassionate and selfless nature, reflecting his servant’s heart.

With a wealth of experience, a commitment to excellence, and a compassionate spirit, Scot Marshall continues to make a positive impact both professionally and personally, leaving a lasting impression on all those he encounters.

George is a dedicated Quality Control Technician with a passion for ensuring excellence in every aspect of his work. With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards, George plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet stringent quality criteria before they leave the facility. His unwavering commitment to excellence ensures that everything that leaves the facility is not only repaired properly but also of the highest quality, instilling confidence in customers and colleagues alike.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, George leads a fulfilling life enriched by his diverse interests and cherished family. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and hiking. 

Above all, George treasures the time spent with his three daughters.

Jade is the Jewel of L&N. The friendly face you’re accustomed to seeing when you step into the shop. Jade has a background in Veterinary care. She is an animal whisperer and lover of all creatures. You can often find Jade saving animals or spending time with her own pack. 

Jade and her Partner Ryan love to spend time taking in all the beauty of the High Country with their dogs. She also enjoys it when she has time to play her favorite video games. If Jade was not busy making sure your vehicle is safe and reliable, she would love to study Entomology. That’s right, BUGS! Jade also has a soft spot for Jeeps. She enjoys taking her Wrangler out and about.

Although he now calls Blowing Rock home, his roots trace back to Raleigh. In Raleigh, his fascination with cars first ignited, eventually leading him to pursue a career in automotive technology.
 
As an automotive technician, he brings his experience and expertise to every project. He thrives on the challenges of ensuring vehicles run smoothly. His commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology reflects his dedication to providing top-notch service to his clients.
 
Outside of work, he loves the open road and the stories each vehicle carries. Whether it’s restoring a classic car to its former glory or implementing cutting-edge technology in modern vehicles, he find joy in every aspect of his work.
 
He is proud to be an active member of the Boone/Blowing Rock community. He believes in giving back and striving to contribute positively to the town that has become his second home.
